Extended Hands A.T.S.I. Corporation is an Incorporated Aboriginal Association. Extended Hands is operated by its members and is governed by a Board of Directors. The Directors are also members of the Association. All of our Board of Directors and members are VOLUNTEERS.
Extended Hands is ABN and GST registered (70 075 337 500), and is a Public Benevolent Institution, endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient).
Extended Hands does important work in supplying aid in many forms, such as food parcels to individuals and families in crisis on Gold Coast, clothing, blankets, toys, other materials and the like to the disadvantaged in South East Queensland.We also supply similar materials to great organisations such as Mama Rene's in Brisbane.
Extended Hands assists in areas where it is able, having supported prisoners within the Queensland Correction Service and prisons abroad, supporting orphanages in Africa and Thailand and have supported Fijian and Indian orphanges. Some members are current Foster Carers within the Queensland Child Protection System. We also provide support to foster children and families within the Gold Coast region.
